Anowar Shahjahan, President & CEO

Mr. Shahjahan has over a decade of experience in technology with a proven track record of successfully bringing products to market in startups and large organizations. Prior to FileOn, VERTX SYSTEMS, LLC., was established in 2001 as a technology and software products company.

Mr. Shahjahan was the Vice President of Product Development and Engineering for Quixi, Inc., reporting directly to the CEO and the Board of Directors. Quixi, Inc. received $28.5 million in funding from RRE Ventures, Accel Partners, Flatiron Partners and JP Morgan Partners. The innovative sales activity monitoring system developed under his supervision has been identified by Siebel Systems, Inc. as a significant market opportunity, which Siebel currently re-tooling for launch. Prior to Quixi, Inc., he was the Director of Technology and Architectural Services for MasterCard International. He was responsible for infrastructure and systems improvement that generated $330 million annually representing 65% of MasterCard's total operating revenue. His solutions were deployed to 22,000 banks resulting in numerous operational efficiencies. Prior to MasterCard International, he worked for PepsiCo, Inc., where he reported to the Global Strategic Planning Team working closely with division heads developing global tax and planning systems. He also has experience working for State and Local Government while employed at the Connecticut Department of Social Services.

Mr. Shahjahan holds a M.S. in Management from Albertus Magnus College and a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from Eastern Connecticut State University.

Joseph P. Haduck, Vice President Operations

Mr. Haduck has over 15 years of hands-on customer service, operation management and general management experience. As Founder Founder and President of Cousins Cooling & Heating, Inc., he led this start-up company through many years of development and growth, building sales in excess of $3 million with 15 employees. His dedicated and personable approach to business growth, customer service, and issues resolution, helped retain a large loyal customer base. His business enjoyed high customer retention rates with 93% repeat business. Much of his effort resulted in attaining a service contract with seven Applebee restaurants giving his company a multi-year service contract. Mr. Haduck's strong relationship with the community, customers and employees helped to forge an excellent relationship with union leaders, resulting in easier access to contracts and labor.

Augustine (Gus) Rajesh, Vice President Technology & India Operations

Prior to joining FileOn, Mr. Rajesh worked at several enterprise and solutions companies in positions of technology, technology sales, marketing and operations.  He currently spear heads India operations for all offshore software development, business process outsourcing and technology operations. 

Mr. Rajesh holds a B.S. with Honors in Computer Engineering from Bombay (Mumbai) University, India, and additional Honors Diploma in Computer Systems Management from the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT), India.

Debbie L. Mennona, Creative Director & Webmaster

Ms. Mennona has over 25 years of experience with electronic circuit design, manufacturing, quality assurance, systems integration and software development. Ms. Mennona, while at Vectron International, was awarded the role of lead auditor for ISO-9000 process controls, which she excelled at and then became a Government Certified Instructor for the company. Ms. Mennona takes initiative by building solutions and systems that address short-term business challenges, while focused on long-term growth.

Throughout her career, she has demonstrated outstanding attention to detail while providing timely and value-oriented results. As Creative Director & Webmaster for FileOn, Ms. Mennona is charged with blending her strong knowledge of software, Internet and marketing skills to drive sales growth.
